Overcoming depression and low mood
A series of 16 workbooks for use by practitioners with people facing depression, anxiety and a range of common related difficulties. Topics include working out why you feel as you do, increasing activity, challenging negative thoughts, improving sleep, problem solving deficits and assertiveness, and improving medication compliance/adherence.
